Welcome to MHORE (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or making a purchase from mhore.us (“Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDERS

All MHORE products are offered on a made-to-order / pre-order basis.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • The item is not yet produced at the time of purchase.

  • Production requires up to 40 days before shipment.

  • Shipping times occur after the production window.

We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made at checkout through the payment methods provided.
By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge the full order amount.

5. ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATION

Because all items are custom-produced:

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We may cancel an order if fraud is suspected or if production becomes impossible.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

After production (up to 40 days), orders are shipped immediately.
Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.

Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, MHORE is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost parcels

  • Stolen parcels

  • Damage in transit

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Any additional charges imposed by their country

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping rate.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Only defective items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
MHORE determines eligibility for replacement or repair at its sole discretion.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site—including logos, text, images, graphics, garments, and design concepts—is the exclusive property of MHORE. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MHORE is not liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Issues arising from site usage, order placement, or product purchase
